The Rational Travel Money Card is used just like a debit card except cheaper and easier, especially for foreign travel. It guarantees the best possible rate of exchange for your dollars without the inconvenience of waiting at a bank or bureau of exchange. It's as easy to load more money on it as adding time to a pre-paid mobile phone and it has all the benefits of a MasterCard without the credit check and interest payments. The safety of your cash will not be an issue when you travel because you can replace it with one phone call if you lose it and the security chip and PIN make it almost impossible for someone else to use it. There are a few small fees for ATM withdrawal, FX handling, card purchase and replacement but these are minimal compared to other cards and the top exchange rate more than makes up for it.
